To My Friends at Family Life Fellowship .....
I just wanted to up-date you on a few things in the FLF ministry.
Next Sunday, September 19th, Pastor Mike Kenley will be teaching in the Discovery Time on Sunday morning. Please plan to be there for this special opportunity as God reveals his word through Pastor Mike.
On Sunday, September 26, FLF will have a Fall Picnic at Tim & Fon Canatella's house. This is a great opportunity to introduce new couples to this ministry. There are many couples at Fellowship Chapel who are not involved in FLF ... we are missing out on knowing them and their families. For those of you who have been to FLF ..... invite a couple to come with you to the Picnic.
Joel & Kari Schmidt have joined Fon & I to be part of the leadership team of the FLF ministry. They will help us plan the calendar for the months ahead and pray for you. We would like to have at least one more couple on the planning team .... so if you would be interested please contact Fon or Tim.
We need a host for our next Prayer & Share .... if you can host a P&S this month on a Friday or Saturday evening please let me know.
Discovery Time: On Sunday, September 26th .... we will begin a new Bible Study .... "Worship & Service, A clue to finding meaning in Life". As with all our studies, application will be focused on couples and family life.
I also want to acknowledge and thank Mrs. Carol Clough for her continued prayers and interest in FLF .... she has been a faithful prayer partner to each of us in FLF .... and to Mr. Bob Scheihing, my mentor and friend.
