Family Life Fellowship

Dear Friends of FLF .....
 
I am looking forward to September .... it is a time for new beginnings and getting back into a regular schedule that includes worship and fellowship.  This summer has been great.  We started off with our spring picnic then saw the presentation of Joseph at Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster.  We studied the book of Ruth together on Sunday mornings and enjoyed times of prayer together.  We shared with one another ... our sorrows and joys.  God has been good to us.
 
I am really looking with excitement to our fall schedule ... but Fon & I are looking for a few couples to partner with us in this ministry to help us seek God's plan for us as we go forward.  We envision a leadership team who would meet on a quarterly basis to pray with, plan and critique what we are doing and where we are going.  We need a few couples who share the burden and vision of this ministry of "Equipping Couples for Christian Living".  If God would lead you to join us in this ministry .... then please respond to this invitation and contact us.
 
This fall we will be scheduling "Prayer & Share" times, a fall picnic and other social events where we can enjoy fellowship together.  We will also start a new bible study for our Sunday morning Discovery Time.  We have a good core group on Sunday mornings ... and a good foundation on which to build on.  There are still many couples who would enhance our fellowship and who I hope will join us this fall.  Most of all, we ask God's blessing and will be showered on this ministry .... it is after all, His work ... our hands.
